<br>Major work to improve the M25 between junctions 27 (Harlow/M11) and 25 (Waltham Cross) is taking place this week.<br>As a result, narrow lanes and a 50mph speed limit are in place on both carriageways.
<br>A free recovery service is operating 24 hours a day.<br>Additionally, the anti-clockwise entry slip road at junction 26 (Waltham Abbey, A121) will be closed overnight between 10pm and 5.30am for two nights from tonight (Monday, May 12). A signed diversion route will be in place via junction 28 (Chelmsford, A12).<br>The clockwise exit slip road at junction 26 will be closed overnight between the same times, on Wednesday and Sunday. Traffic will also be diverted via junction 28.<br>The anti-clockwise carriageway between junctions 27 and 25 will be closed overnight on Thursday between the same times and on Friday, between 11pm and 5.30am.
