We dropped a short message via baxter.ie's website and Damien met us next day. He came with camera and his measurement taking toy. The brochure was produced same day and our advert was live on all websites before we went to bed that evening. Damien and his team would reply to messages (email or SMS) within minutes and eventually we sold the house in less than 8 weeks which was amazing result for this market. Damien's negotiation skills were very helpful and may I say he's supported by a fantastic team as well. If someone is looking for RESULT Damien has to be tried. Trust us, because the house we sold was initially put to market by another agent who never even bothered to measure up the rooms. Thank you BAXTER.

I found Baxter on the internet when looking to sell a house in Riverwood, Castleknock. They had a number of properties in the Estate so I figured they’d know it well. One phone call later and they had the mandate. PJ handled the sale. I never met the man and didn’t need to. He handled all the issues and headaches and got a deal done.
